Welcome to Ramfangzauva (accessible via https://ramfangzauva.lushai.dev), an enterprise-grade autonomous SEO crawler, markdown extractor, keyword density analyzer, and semantic web diagnostic engine designed and maintained by Lushai Dev (https://lushai.dev).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the complete terms, conditions, and technical usage rules between you (“Customer”, “User”, or “You”) and Lushai Dev. By creating a tenant account, accessing the dashboard, executing automated crawl jobs, or invoking our REST API endpoints with Bearer authentication keys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy and Cookie Policies.

Ramfangzauva provides high-concurrency Node.js worker pools designed to parse DOM structures, extract Core Web Vitals signals, and index internal URL topologies. In utilizing these capabilities, you expressly agree to the following ethical operational boundaries:

• Adherence to robots.txt: By default, our crawl workers respect Disallow directives and crawl-delay directives declared in public robots.txt specifications of target servers.
• Rate Limiting & Server Friendliness: You must not configure concurrency thresholds or crawl depth intervals in a manner that degrades, overwhelms, or disrupts the availability of target destination servers (Zero DoS/DDoS tolerance).
• Authorized Crawling: You warrant that you possess adequate authorization or legal rights to crawl, index, and audit the target URLs submitted to your Ramfangzauva project pipelines.
• Prohibited Targets: You shall not direct Ramfangzauva crawlers against unauthorized financial portals, private medical databases, authentication-walled intranets without credentials, or government critical infrastructure.

Ramfangzauva implements multi-tenant security backed by Supabase row-level isolation and encrypted secrets storage. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

Lushai Dev reserves the right to immediately invalidate tokens, pause crawling workers, or revoke workspace access if suspicious credential leaks or brute-force activities are detected.

Paid subscriptions provide enhanced worker concurrency, higher page limits, deeper backlink graph indexes, and increased monthly API credits:

Cancellation & Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the dashboard settings. Unused monthly API crawl credits do not roll over to subsequent billing months.

To prevent system degradation and guarantee sub-second diagnostic processing across all tenants, Lushai Dev applies algorithmic token-bucket rate limiters across our edge gateway:

• Standard Endpoints (Scrape, Map, Extract): Capped according to your active plan tier (e.g., 60 RPM on Pro, up to 1000 RPM on Enterprise).
• HTTP 429 Handling: If request frequency exceeds allotted quotas, the gateway will return 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After telemetry header.

All software algorithms, visual interfaces, particle canvas engines, design tokens, trademarks, logos, and documentation comprising Ramfangzauva are the exclusive intellectual property of Lushai Dev and its licensors.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the services and export generated diagnostic reports for your internal business intelligence. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the underlying crawler binary logic without explicit prior written authorization from Lushai Dev.

Diagnostic health scores, keyword density matrices, readability grades, and backlink topology models generated by Ramfangzauva represent computational approximations based on publicly available web data and Core Web Vitals heuristics.

Lushai Dev does not guarantee specific organic ranking improvements, SERP position gains, or indexation velocity on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, or other algorithmic search engines. Search engine ranking algorithms are third-party proprietary systems outside our direct control.

RAMFANGZAUVA AND ALL ASSOCIATED SCRAPING, CRAWLING, AND DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUSHAI DEV, ITS FOUNDERS, ENGINEERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, CRAWL INTERRUPTION, OR SERVER DOWNTIME) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Aizawl, Mizoram, India. Parties agree to first attempt informal amicable resolution in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.

We may periodically update these Terms to reflect technical enhancements to the Ramfangzauva crawler architecture, changes in applicable data protection laws, or new subscription offerings.

When material changes occur, we will update the “Last Revised” timestamp at the top of this document and notify active account administrators via email or prominent in-app notification banners. Continued use of Ramfangzauva following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes full acceptance.
